The Contractor shall deliver and commission a fully operational emergency backup mobile generator system, including all necessary equipment, materials, labor, and services, as specified in this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall also provide training to designated Government personnel on the operation and maintenance of the generator system. Upon delivery and prior to acceptance, the Contractor shall conduct a load bank test to verify the generator’s performance.
