The Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN), Contracting Department hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm-fixed price (FFP) service contract. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the instant procurement on a sole source basis with New York MTA Bridges and Tunnels (CAGE: 074S4), an other than small business. The sole source nature of this requirement is based on the determination that NY MTA is the only vendor that can provide EZ Pass/Toll services for use as required by this acquisition. The requirement is being processed on behalf of the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) Navy Talent Acquisition Group (NTAG) Empire State.
