Streamlined commercial acquisition procedures will be utilized pursuant to FAR 12.201-1. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations. However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to sharon.j.dexter.civ@us.navy.mil to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to compete this requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to determine that an equivalent service exists that would meet the Government's needs as stated herein.
