## Description

The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire a preventative maintenance contract with the Kardex Remstar’s only authorized reseller V&H Material Handling, LLC, to provide preventative maintenance services on the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapon Systems Support (WSS) 41 Vertical Storage Units (VSUs) manufactured by Kardex Remstar.

Kardex Remstar has authorized V&H Material Handling LLC to be the sole dealer and maintenance provider for Kardex Remstar’s VSUs for New York, Delaware and Pennsylvania in such, V & H is the only company that can provide preventative maintenance. The Base period of performance is from 6-01-26 to 5-31-27 with three (3) Option Years if exercised to continue coverage to 5-31-30.
