The Government will solicit and award using the policies and procedures under FAR Part 12. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. FLC Norfolk has been tasked to procure a firm fixed price type contract for U.S. Navy band. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 459140, Musical Instrument and Supplies Retailers, with a size standard of $22,500,000.00. A complete RFQ package will be available by downloading the documents at SAM.gov Website as follows: https://www.sam.gov on or around 22 April 2026. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer.
