The anticipated award date is no later than 30 September 2026. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to ISP Technologies, LLC for replacement and repair services of the Alumni Hall speaker system at the United States Naval Academy per the attached Redacted Justification and Approval for use of Other Than Full and Open Competition. As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns. The activity’s small business office concurs with this determination. This requirement is for repair services for 18 HDL 4210 speaker cabinets, including replacement of all necessary components, new amplifier modules, and power supplies. Purchase of 6 new speakers to allow for removal and shipment of the old units to the manufacturer for refurbishment and their return. Tuning of the audio system at the completion of speaker refurbishment, including digital signal processor programming. The delivery date is 30 September 2026.
