This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The requirement will be solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12- Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 8.6 –Acquisition from Federal Prison Industries, Inc. and FAR Part 13.5 – Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
