## Description

Refurbish the Polaris A3 missile monument in front of building NH-13 (COMSUBFOR headquarters). Location is onboard Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads (NSA HR). Contractor requires NSA HR unescorted access to accomplish work. Sponsor can assist in obtaining a DBIDS badge if contractor completes 5512/1 form and passes background check.
