This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement covers the procurement and shipping of the requested supplies in support of Carrier Strike Group Four The requirement was solicited on 18 May 2026- 20 May 2026, closing at 9:00am Eastern Standard Time Zone. The items being procured must meet or exceed the minimum specifications outlined. This action is a sole source award and will be awarded on a Sole Source Basis to Lister Chain & Forge, Inc. Any potential contractor capable of demonstrating that it is qualified to perform the work to the required standards and that wishes to make a competitive quote for the contract should submit a capability statement in beta.SAM.gov. Through its submission, the vendor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for award to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States.
