This amendment also incorporates two additional clauses: FAR 52.244-6 Subcontracts for Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 52.222-90 Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors IAW E.O. 14398, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors that was signed on March 26, 2026.
