The government intends to solicit this acquisition on a sole source basis to NSBE of Alexandrea, VA. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This is the only RFQ for this requirement, it includes all the terms and conditions as well as applicable FAR, DFARS and NMCARS clauses and provisions with respect to the anticipated task order. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.
