Reagent Compatibility: The system must possess native, out-of-the-box compatibility with existing laboratory inventories of TaqMan assays and SYBR Green chemistries without requiring protocol modifications. 4.) Onboard Operational Control: The instrument must possess an independent, onboard touchscreen/interface allowing users to fully adjust and initiate experimental setups directly on the machine 5.)
