This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12. This solicitation will be solicited as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) applicable to this procurement 611310 with a size standard of 34.5 millions of dollars. The applicable PSC is U099. Background The contractor shall provide Adjunct Faculty Services for the United States Naval Community College per the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
