The award, to provide the Naval Ophthalmic Readiness Activity (NORA) Detachment Yorktown Wastewater Treatment System, who supports the Optical Fabrication Lab, a new wastewater treatment system has been awarded as a result of a sole source solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.
