The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541661 and the Product Service Code is R699. The place of performance will be COMNAVAIRLANT, Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads, 1562 Mitscher Ave., Suite 300, Building NH-6W, Norfolk, Virginia 23551. Other locations may be required as specified in approved travel authorizations. This pre-solicitation notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations.
