The contractor shall also support, transition, and sustain all systems/applications from DICAP to Risk Management Framework (RMF) and shall update and/or create policy, technical and non-technical documentation that is required to successfully obtain a RMF Authorization to Operate (ATO) or any new framework that may supersede the current RMF framework. In addition, the contractor shall support DON CIO’s transition away from its current hosting environment and a variety of legacy system, while continuing to operate, maintain and manage operating systems in their current configuration until the transition has been successfully completed.
