The contractor shall provide all required personnel, equipment, transportation supplies, tools, and materials and services as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the PWS with the goal of producing a course graduate that satisfies the NAVSAFENVTRACEN’s mission, and the learning objectives of the course outline contained in the PWS. Contractor personnel must ensure that curriculum design and course development efforts adhere to the American Council on Education (ACE) accreditation standards.
