The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) Pentagon Directorate intends to solicit Gallup, Inc. (CAGE 1MRK1) as a sole source action. These services are currently being performed by GDIT under task order N0018924CZ004 whereby GDIT provides contracted support to the Department of the Navy (DON) Chief of Information (CHINFO) to evaluate the Navy’s communication efforts through periodic assessments using scientific methods that collect and evaluate quantitative and qualitative research. These assessments focus on general public perceptions, knowledge, issue awareness, message exposure, recall and salience, and engagement with the Navy to provide a broad snapshot of awareness and sentiment toward the Navy. The research and assessments are generally performed during organized Navy Week events that are scheduled at various locations through the year. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, and the Government will consider information received by the specified response date. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining potential sources for the follow-on procurement.
