The contractor shall manage BCO customer service desks as required. This consists of monitoring a base phone number all customers use to report lines in trouble and/or voicemail resets. The contractor shall provide Cable Plant support which includes maintenance, repair, replacement and installation of cables. All necessary tools to complete the work shall be provided by the contractor. The anticipated contract type is a Firm, Fixed Price. The scope of this contract is for the vendor to provide labor, tools, and transportation for a firm fixed price.
