The delivery location will be San Diego, CA 92134. Responses from vendors not classified as a small business under the NAICS for this acquisition will not be considered for award. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate oficials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept an offer.
