## Description

**Amendment 0002:** The purpose of this amendment is to update the 'Attachments List' for Wage Determination 2015-4341 to the most current revision.

**Amendment 0001:** The purpose of this amendment is to add a ‘Minimum Guarantee’ and ‘Ordering’ text into the clause section, incorporate the questions and answers as Attachment 8, and update Attachment 1 – Pricing Spreadsheet. This instant requirement will provide contractor support services for the management, support, and operation of the Naval Information Forces (NAVIFOR) N4 Directorate Programs.

The current directorate programs include Collaboration at Sea (CAS), Combined Enterprise Regional Information Exchange System-Maritime (CENTRIXS-M), Secret Releasable (SECREL) Coalition and Allied communications, and Naval Tool for Interoperability and Risk Assessment (NTIRA).

These programs include ensuring seamless integration with other naval and joint systems, adherence to security and compliance standards, meeting performance and availability metrics, and supporting scalability and future enhancements of these programs.
