The proposed contract action is for commercial services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, AT and T Enterprises Inc; Cage Code: 1B8Q0, IAW FAR 13.106(b)(1). The proposed acquisition is for land line services in support of Navy Environmental and Preventative Medicine Unit Six (NEPMU6) operations and mission critical activities, located in Pearl Harbor, HI. The NAICS Code is 517111, PSC-DG11 and the Small Business Standard is 1500. Proposals are not being accepted in response to this document. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, BUMED/FM AND C Directorate intends to acquire on a sole source basis supply via Firm Fixed Price contract. The awarded contract for the above requirement is for a commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b), soliciting from a single source. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to future similar requirements; however, this notice is not intended to be a request for competitive quotations from any source.
