This synopsis shall be posted on both SAM and NECO - https://www.neco.navy.mil. The proposed contract action is for commercial services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, the Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN); Cage Code: 7L592, IAW FAR 13.106(b)(1). The proposed acquisition will provide Nurse Corps officers with comprehensive perioperative training at Naval Medical Centers located in Portsmouth, VA and San Diego, CA. The NAICS Code is 611430; PSC U009. Provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05 are incorporated. It is the contractor’s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at: https://www.acquisition.gov/. Proposals are not being accepted in response to this document. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, BUMED/FM and C Directorate intends to acquire on a sole source basis service via Firm Fixed Price contract.
