## Description

Brightly Software, Inc. is already providing support to NDU in the form of project management, work order services, tracking trouble calls and inventory control on both the North and South campus. Market research revealed that there is no other system currently in the marketplace that is compatible in terms of the features, capabilities and cost that Brightly Software, Inc. provides in the form of administration rights and customization.

Additionally, Brightly also keeps track of funds spent on maintenance and repairs and reports the progress of the work that has been completed. The services provided by Brightly are mission critical to NDU’s mission and it these services are not continued will create massive disruption to NDU’s capability to maintain all facilities and negatively impact the academic standards of the university.

It would put NDU at great risk to manage turnkey facility operations in the form of lost productivity and the need to changes the entire CMMS system and process which will lead additional expenditures to the government resulting in a negative impact to NDU’s congressional mandated mission to train the Joint Professional Warfighter. Brightly’s software module Asset Essentials has been the job order tracker of reference for NDU for the past several years.

Therefore Brightly’s software is well suited and compatible with NDU’s required tracking categories as well as the ability to meet NDU’s requirement to be able to notify their customers of their job status in real time thereby meeting the minimum requirements of the government. The required services have been updated for only a base year requirement with coverage beginning from 01 May 2025 through 30 April 2026.
