It is the intent of the Government to process this procurement under FAR Subpart 13 and to ultimately award a firm fixed priced (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to The Hilton Garden Inn (CAGE: 9URL9) as a result of the forthcoming solicitation. Performance is anticipated to begin on 24 February 2025 and end on 28 February 2025. The applicable NAICS is 531120. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes - however, the Government will consider information received by the specified response date.
