The Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) requires the installation of nine (9) Government-owned audiometric test systems into two pre-existing sound booths as well as the calibration of all nine (9) systems on an annual basis for a base plus four (4) option years and a Sixth Month Extension (FAR 52.217-8) See incorporated Performance Work Statement (PWS) and RFQ N0018925QG105.
