## Description

The proposed contract action is for the purchase, delivery, and installation of gymnastics pit filler at the United States Naval Academy (USNA) for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm, Fixed Price contract with only one source, Deary’s Gymnastics Supply, under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
