Support includes normal wear and tear, repair or replacement of nonworking equipment (exceptions include equipment damaged by the end user, acts of God, or vandalism). Contractor shall provide a concise process for trouble calls with a minimum three-working day on-site response time. c. The contractor shall provide 24 x 7 telephone technical support to assist with troubleshooting issues to include but not limited to panel programming and system operations. d. The period of performance shall be for a twelve (12) month base period, four (4) twelve (12) month option years, and a six (6) month extension per FAR 52.217-8. a. The contractor shall provide routine maintenance as specified by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) on the locks to include any software upgrades, battery replacements and maintenance to the locks such as adjustment and cleaning. b. The contractor shall provide on-site troubleshooting support of equipment during weekly business hours. Support includes normal wear and tear, repair or replacement of nonworking equipment (exceptions include equipment damaged by the end user, acts of God, or vandalism). Contractor shall provide a concise process for trouble calls with a minimum three-working day on-site response time. c. The contractor shall provide 24 x 7 telephone technical support to assist with troubleshooting issues to include but not limited to panel programming and system operations. d.
