## Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511 3998, intends to award a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity for the Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center to acquire Incident Command System and Oil and Hazardous Substance Tabletop Exercise Courses using the policies and procedures of FAR 13.5 and FAR 16.505.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation of Commercial Items, with the additional information included in this notice. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
