The scope of this requirement is to provide SURFLANT HQ a near real time view of Navy ships readiness conditions as well as a comprehensive picture of current and projected maintenance requirements for all SURFLANT subordinate commands. The Contractor also supports all facets of HQ IT Maintenance Support (Network Security, Physical Security, Administration, Operations, Compliance and Assessment). The requirement also provides support of SURFLANT’s mission to provide ongoing Command and Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems and Intelligence (C5I) system life cycle engineering, technical, maintenance and computer resource management services for SURFLANT HQ, including all subordinate commands. This action is to provide interim support, while a competitive follow-on contract can be competed.
