## Description

The proposed acquisition is for public data records and law enforcement data subscriptions in support of the Multiple Threat Alert Center (MTAC) located at NCIS. More specifically, NCIS is looking to acquire two-hundred fifty (250) user subscriptions to the Lexis Nexis Accurint Virtual Crime Center (AVCC). A brand name single source acquisition is anticipated.
