## Description

Public Law 113–283 Federal Information Security Modernization Act of 2014 (FISMA) entitled each federal agency to develop, document, and implement an agency-wide program to provide information security for the information and information systems (IS) that support the operations and assets of the agency, including those provided or managed by another agency, contractor, or other source.

FLTCYBERCOM has a need for contractor-provided support services to support the NAO Directorate to conduct all RMF A&A functions and tasks, and develop current and future Navy cyber security policy to support the application of RMF across the DON to ensure all Navy IT meet DoD/DON Cybersecurity directives, policy, instructions and orders. See all attachments for a fuller understanding of the Governments requirement.
