## Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N0018925Q0016 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-07 (effective 30 September 2024) and DFARS Publication Notice 20231025 (effective 25 October 2023). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

The PSC is R405.The proposed contract action is for commercial services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a single-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity type contract with Firm, Fixed-Price (FFP) provisions for the acquisition of Astronomy Related Services in support of the US Naval Observatory.
