## Description

Naval Supply Center (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk's intent with this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources for a contract vehicle for the Naval Safety and Environmental Training Center (NAVSAFENVTRACEN), for Incident Command System (ICS) and Oil & Hazardous Substance Tabletop Exercise (OHSTTX) Courses, as defined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
