It is the intent of the Government to process this procurement under FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation, and to ultimately award a single indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) cost-plus- fixed-fee (CPFF) contract as a result of the forthcoming solicitation.
