The contractor shall be factory certified on the IdentiCard/Premisys system (to include software updates and technical support capability) and the Fiber Sensys FOIDS system. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate through a small business set-aside using FAR Part 12 and 13.5 procedures. The placement of a firm fixed price purchase order with a 12-month base period beginning 1 April 2024, plus four one-year options is anticipated.
