The courses shall be Section 508 compliant. The Contractor shall be an accredited provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission of Accreditation. The Contractor shall provide on-going technical support to include toll-free telephone access and support desk help through electronic mail (e-mail).
