## Description

This is a requirement to design, deliver, install, and maintain an Internet Protocol (IP) and Radio Frequency (RF) transport system at the United States Naval Observatory for the purpose of disseminating Precise Time and Time Interval (PTTI) data products. The delivered system shall consist of routers, switches, monitoring toolkits, digis and distribution hardware that allow for the transport of Internet Protocol (IP) and Radio Frequency (RF) for uninterrupted PTTI dissemination.

The system shall consist of four (4) subsystems: one unclassified system in Washington, DC, one classified system in Washington, DC, one unclassified system in Colorado Springs, CO, and one classified system in Colorado Springs, CO. The delivered system shall be maintained and operated to ensure proper transition from legacy transport systems with continued uninterrupted time dissemination and accreditation. The services shall include maintenance and troubleshooting of all delivered IP and RF transport systems along with all necessary documentation.
