THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETIVE QUOTATIONS. A request for quote will be available for download on or about 21 March 2024 under RFP number N0018924R0015 at the following website: beta.sam.gov. This action will be solicited as a Sole Source under FAR Part 12 “Acquisition of Commercial Items,” using Contracting by Negotiation Procedures FAR Part 15 procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This action will result in a firm fixed-price award type contract for Transport Systems and each system provides a complex blend of both Internet Protocol (IP) and Radio Frequency (RF) transport to disseminate Precise Time and Time Interval (PTTI) standards supplies and support services. Service location is United States Naval Observatory (USNO), 3450 Massachusetts Avenue NW, Washington DC, 20392-5420 and Colorado Springs, CO located at 400 O’Malley Ave, Schriever SFB, CO 80912. This announcement will close on 28 March 2024, 2:00 PM Eastern time. Responses may be submitted to Gilbert Dobison who can be reached at email gilbert.k.dobison.civ@us.navy.mil. System for Award Management (SAM). Quoters must be registered in the SAM database to be considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at http://beta.sam.gov/ .
