The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate with, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Stryder Corp doing business as Handshake for software licenses available from Handshake. The anticipated period of performance is a one-year base period beginning on 20 October 2024 through 19 October 2025 and three one-year option periods. The anticipated award date is 17 October 2024. This is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quotation. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Navy. The solicitation is not yet available.
