The proposed acquisition is to acquire Epilog Fusion 36-60w-Laser Engraver to include air compressor, air pump, additional lens, and unlimited training. which is solely manufactured by Epilog Corporation and only available through its authorized distributor, Engraving Concepts, LP in the Texas area. This action will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The proposed contract action is for supply for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one distributor, Engraving Concepts, LP (CAGE: 0X9Z3), IAW FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i). As previously stated, the required supplies have been determined to be only available from a single distributor, Engraving Concepts, LP.
