Modified - COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on both SAM and NECO (www.neco.navy.mil).

The RFQ number is N0018924QG042 0001 has been issued to extend the offer Due Date, change the PSC to 6835 and clarify CLIN 1001 and CLIN 1002 Extended Description, Use, Mixture and acceptable bottle sizes, as well as update the Performance Work Statement. The NAICS code is 325120 - The Small Business Standard is 1,200 (number of employees). This acquisition is Full and Open, Unrestricted.

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Groton Office requires a Firm Fixed-Price, Purchase Order Contract for Delivery of USP Medical Grade (USP) CO2-O2 (1.5) percent certified, Gas Cylinder, Size 244, USP Grade CO2-O2 (USP) 0.75 percent certified, COA Gas Cylinder, Size 244 or Size 200 to include COA, Delivery, HAZMAT, Compliance, Energy and Fuel Surcharges, and Bottle Rental for Naval Submarine Medical Research Laboratory (NSMRL) aboard Naval Submarine Base in Groton, CT 06349..

Estimated (16) Cylinders for size 244 SCF or (20) cylinders for Size 200 SCF for each gas up to (10) FOB Destination Deliveries during a (12) Month period. The estimated period of performance is 01 March 2024 to 28 February 2025.
