## Description

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price Sole Source Purchase Order to Research Foundation for the State University of New York - University of Buffalo - Center for Research and Education in Special Environments (CRESE) for Nitrogen Narcosis Research Analysis to include Consultation and Personnel Support Services for an approved project study.

Services for this collaborative project shall occur over (3) three phases for (1) one year from contract award ADC. The estimated period of performance is (5) Days ADC to (1) Year from contract award ADC.
