## Description

Licensing and hardware maintenance support services renewal for IBM QRadar Security Event Information Management appliance for a 12-month period with a required delivery date of 10/1/2024.

**Brand Name Only (Exact Match):** The Buyer requests that Sellers bid only the Brand Name and part number provided (exact make, model, part number and/or description). This means that bids containing substitutions will be viewed as UNACCEPTABLE. If you are not able to deliver the line item as requested, DO NOT BID. Bidders are required to submit an IBM authorized reseller letter as well as a signed N0018924Q400 solicitation. Blocks 30a-c on the solicitation must be signed. **Set-Aside Requirement:** This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified Sellers can bid.

Evaluation Criteria/Basis of Award Sellers will be evaluated by the Buyer in accordance with the basis established in the solicitation and pursuant to applicable acquisition regulations and/or departmental guidelines.
