## Description

The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Regional Directorate intends to solicit, in accordance with FAR 13.5, on a 100 percent small business set-aside basis with Lenel Systems International, Inc. value added resellers (VARs) for the procurement of Lenel Preventative Maintenance, Emergency, Non-Emergency and new Lenel work service support, which is required for lifecycle support of the Lenel OnGuard Security System equipment installed at the 40 (forty) buildings located at the NSA compound and NAVSUP WSS Mechanicsburg Office in Mechanicsburg, PA. It is intended to acquire maintenance, repair and support services inclusive of the following:

security system non-Information Technology (IT) equipment upgrades; preventive maintenance; firmware upgrades for existing equipment; emergency maintenance services; non-emergency repairs and maintenance; installation of new equipment and software; realignment of existing equipment; training on site administrators and users; and licensing. The resultant contract shall be a firm-fixed price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract containing a three-year ordering period.
