This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-2 and DFARS Publication Notice 20230525. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract is for fabrication and installation of an exhibit mount product on behalf of the U.S. Naval Undersea Museum (USNUM) at Keyport, WA for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the quoter that is most advantageous to the Government. This proposed acquisition is being solicited on a sole source basis to Kuehnert Consulting LLC. See attached supporting documents for more information (Justification for Sole Source and Combined Synopsis). Quotes shall be submitted to Claudette Jones at Claudette.j.jones.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 8:00am EST September 9th, 2024.
