## Description

This award notice is NOT a request for competitive quotations. The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistic Center (FLC), Norfolk has awarded a Firm Fixed-Price contract utilizing procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 to Eaton Corporations. This contract award was based upon submissions received in response to solicitation N0018924Q0543.

The Government has procured the required Eaton brand Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS) required by the Forces Surveillance Support Center (FSSC) to replace aging uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system at eight (8), Force Surveillance Support Center (FSSC) sites. The UPS have reached their end of life and must be replaced to ensure mission requirements can be supported.
