This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2023-2 and DFARS Publication Notice 20230525. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed contract is for crane maintenance services on behalf of the NHHCDB at Charlestown, MA for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the quoter that is most advantageous to the Government. This proposed acquisition is being solicited on a sole source basis to CRW CORP. See attached supporting documents for more information.
