## Description

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for arctic and foul weather gear kits in support of Underwater Construction Team One (UCT One).

This acquisition will be conducted using the policies and procedures of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and FAR Subpart 19.5 - Small Business Total Set-Asides, Partial Set-Asides, and Reserves, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice.
