## Description

The proposed contract action for outdoor benches for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a brand name basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All bids, proposals, orquotations received by the closing response date will be considered by theGovernment. See attached documents for more information.
